FCI Self Storage is located in North Bend, Washington in the beautiful Snoqualmie Valley. We have a wide variety of unit sizes available for great prices that will fit any budget, including large units to store your boat, RV, commercial or contract equipment. We also have many sizes of heated units to choose from. Our facility offers "The Best Value in the Valley" for all your storage needs! We are located at the base of the Cascade Mountains 30 minutes from Seattle off exit 34 on I-90. We are only 20 minutes from Snoqualmie Pass & Ski Area so we are the perfect place to store your Snowmobiles, Camping Gear and other outdoor toys.FCI stands for "Financial Consultants International". FCI has been owned and operated by the Bateman family since 1971. We started out specializing in commercial real estate, customizing police cars and leasing/selling cars to Police Departments all across the Northwest. When we needed a new property to expand our police shop, we decided self-storage was a perfect complement to our other business. We built our new police shop, added 300 storage units and in November of 2003 we opened the doors for “FCI Self Storage & Custom Police Vehicles”.

5 x 5 = 25 Square FeetSimilar in size to a small half bathroom. You can use this size of unit to fit small furniture. (A chest of drawers, several boxes and small items). It is also perfect for storing your Christmas decorations when you run out of space at home.5 x10 = 50 Square Feet Similar in size to a walk-in closet. This is the right sized space to fit a couch, chair, chest of drawers, mattress set, boxes and small items.7.5 x 10 = 75 Square Feet Bigger than a 5' x 10' and smaller than a 10' x 10'.10 x 10 = 100 Square FeetSimilar in size to an average size bedroom. This is the right sized space to fit items such as: furnishings from a one-bedroom apartment with a refrigerator or washer and dryer, plus boxes and small items.10 x 15 = 150 Square Feet Similar in size to a large bedroom. This size gives you enough space to fit items such as: furnishings from a two-bedroom apartment or a small house.10 x 20 = 200 Square FeetSimilar in size to a one-car garage. In this unit size you can fit items such as: furnishings from a three or four-bedroom apartment or house, appliances. Wide door for easy loading and unloading.10 x 30 = 300 Square FeetSimilar in size to an extra long one-car garage. In this unit size, you can fit items such as: furnishings from a four or five-bedroom house. Will hold contents of a 40-ft moving van.12 x 40 = 480 Square Feet RV, boat or commercial storage with an electrical meter, or you can just store a whole bunch of stuff.Parking Spaces - 25ft & 35ft available.

STORAGE TIPS

Plan your storage space. Place items that you need to access on a regular basis towards the front.Make an inventory of all items stored in your space. Keep a copy at home in a safe place.CAUTION: Do NOT store combustible or hazardous items like gas, paint or ammunition.If possilbe, raise stored goods off concrete by using pallets or shelves.Use uniform size boxes that are stong enough to hold 25-30 lbs.Stack lighter boxes on top of your heavier ones.Furniture with drawers can be utilized as storage spaces for small items.
